Legal Question in Immigration Law in Korea (South)
question about U.S. international student visiting Hawaii
I am a 29 year old U.S. citizen who's engaged to an international student from South Korea. He's been studying here for about five years and he's still a full time student here in Philadelphia, PA. We are planning on getting married in Hawaii this summer and now our concern is that if he can travel to and from Hawaii without any problem. He's visa expired March of last year (2004), but he has a valid I-20, PA driver's license and he is a full time student. Will he be able to travel okay this summer? In addition, is there any other necessary documents he needs to have before entering & returning from Hawaii? Your help will be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
