Legal Question in Disability Law in Louisiana
MY 20 yr old daughter is in college and she has Chrons disease. Her roommate this semester keeps the a/c below 68 and some times as low as 63. this temp causes my daughter to shiver throughout the night despite using several blankets. The roommate refuses to up the temp and the univ is blowing it off as my daughters pride. What can she do. Thank you Tony

She should go to the dean of housing and asked to be moved. Perhaps her physician could write a letter explaining to the school the hazards to her health.
