Legal Question in Disability Law in Louisiana

I was in a car accident last June. The driver drove three other people and I into a ditch. Another passenger in the car is now suing the driver's insurance company for a knee surgery that he says stems from hurting his knee in the accident. On the day of the accident this passenger refused medical attention and only complained about his ankle. His facebook also shows that since the accident this passenger has trained for amatuer fights, participated in these fights, and worked out by walking many miles. Can his facebook be used against him? Is it possible that the case will not even go as far as court? If it needs to go to court, will I be subpoenaed as a witness? Can I request my subpoena to be sent somewhere other than my address on the police report? Sorry I have so many questions, but I am very worried about whos hands my subpoena may end up in, if I were issued one.

It is very possible case will be settled before court. If you are to be subpoenaed, it is up to the requestor to locate you. You don't need to be concerned. And facebook can be used as evidence.
