How do I obtain a certified copy of an expungement of a DUI 15 yrs ago in Louisiana.Going to school as a nurse and the state board needs a copy of this stating it was expunged even though it happened 15 yrs ago.

Go back to the Court where the case was heard. The Clerk's office there can obtain the file from storage and give you a certified copy. There may be a minimal fee for the copies, like a dollar a page.
