Legal Question in Disability Law in Louisiana
I had a roommate in New Orleans take my car without permission and wreck it in 2009...he did sign a hand written contract with me to repay the damages and I have yet to see and money...what can I do about his and can anyone help me ? I now live in Texas.

You will have to sue him. A new Orleans attorney would be the best choice.
