Legal Question in Administrative Law in Louisiana
what legal rights do i have to pursue against a co worker who looked at personal information on my managers computer, while she stepped away from her work station? this co worker knows everyone's salary from snooping and had the audacity to tell other co worker my hourly wages.
note: my manager had 3 programs running at the time and my co worker opened the one to be confidential. my manager reported what had taken place to the owner of this business but the co worker was never reprimanded.

It is very unfortunate but unless the person uses your information to your detriment, there is no recourse.
