Legal Question in Administrative Law in Louisiana
I went to Texas roadhouse for dinner last night and I forgot my purse there with $400 in my wallet. Today I came and get it, $300 was gone. I came inside the restaurant and they said they're not responsible for the money. What should I do?

Unless you have some proof that one of their employees stole your money, there's nothing you can do. They have no duty to secure lost property. The fault is yours for forgetting your purse, not theirs for failing to secure it before someone stole your money.
