Basis to annul a judgment
Tenants who leased my property filed petition for return of deposit, they went to court and won because I was not present to defend myself. The petition presents false information. I have proof of evidence + receipts for damages to which I used their deposit funds for repairs. Do I have any rights now that a judgment has been rendered? Please help, time is critical
