Legal Question in Appeals and Writs in Louisiana
Do I hav a case I recieved a letter of acceptance to a technical school in Louisiana I started school on the 28th day I was notified I wouldn't be able to continue due to past student loans its enough to pay for school they say they care bout me and don't want me to max out on loans it was a provissional 28day period as long as I perform accademicly and attendance wise and I did so how can they kick me out I made arrangements to pursue this dream and it seems unfair

It depends on written school policy and any documents you signed. While you may be accepted or qualified to attend a school, it still bears a cost. If you are unable to bear the cost, you may not be able to attend at this time. Check with the federal governments student loan program and see what alternatives may be available. Don't give up on the dream. This is just a test to your resolve. Think out of the box, hit the web, libraries and any school resources available. Good Luck!
