my boyfriend was sentenced 9 years with a mult-ibill- we feel like he was sentenced to much time on a simple burglary - how do we go about trying to get a lesser time or get a review

Depending on the number of previous felonies your boyfriend had prior to the burglary conviction, the 9 year sentence may be the minimum sentence on a habitual offender bill determination.
