Legal Question in Banking Law in Louisiana
Can a payday loan vendor (in louisiana) force you to keep renewing a loan after they have submitted the check for payment and it was returned nsf and account closed and can they still continue to add fees?

It is probably much better than the alternative. They could sue you on the NSF check and the Court would award them double the face value of the check, plus attorney's fees, bank charges, court costs, and interest.
