Legal Question in Banking Law in Louisiana
If u have a joint account and one of u put a hold on the account and some money comes
In the account and u call the bank and the bank says that both people on the account has to come
In to release the funds but then turns around and lets just one get all the money out again what do u do

It depends on the nature of the joint account. If it is a minor account-the adult has control of the account. Some require two signatures, some only one. Sometimes, as in the case of a minor, one has control and the other just has signing rights. If you are equally in charge of account, you should make a complaint to the bank. You may have to sue other holder of account to get the money returned.
