Amending tax return after discharge
I have been discharged from CH7 and have already surrendered my income tax check. I have since discovered some items I could have claimed. If I do an amended, do I have to surrender that check to the trustee?

Yes, any tax refund you were due is property of the estate and must be turned over to the trustee.
