can i chose which debts i put in the bankrupcy.and do i have to tell the ones i don't want to put in it.i also would like to know if i can file chapter 7 even if i make good money.i just have too many bills.

You must include all debts in your bankruptcy schedules.
If you "fail" the means test, it is presumed you are abusing the bankruptcy process by filing a Chapter 7. Unless there are extraordinary circumstances you would be dismissed or given the chance to file a Ch. 13.
