Bankruptcy
A former creditor has filed suit for a debt that was legally discharged under chapter 13. Can I counter sue for damages, I.E. lost time from work, mileage, etc.?

If it was discharged as opposed to your case being dismissed,you can sue them in BK court for violation of the discharge injunction.
