Bankruptcy
what happens if you default on bankruptcy payments?

Re: Bankruptcy
Dear LawGuru Friend,
Of course, any payments you are ordered to pay, or obligated to pay, under the terms of your bankruptcy--presumably a Chatper 13, Wage Earner Plan--and which you do not pay, may be cause for the court to dismiss your bankruptcy proceeding. I suggest you talk with your attorney about this; or, if you are not represented, to the Bankruptcy Trustee who is assigned the handling of your claim. If you are indeed unrepresented, then you should consider contacting legal counsel. Feel free to call me and discuss this with me. My phone is listed. No charge for just talking. Good luck to you!
Sincerely,
Hardy Parkerson, Atty.
