Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Louisiana
Bankruptcy
Is it possible to file bankruptcy on only some creditors, for example credit cards, but not my mortgage. I have been told this is possible, but I didn't think so.

All creditors must be listed, but there may be a provision made to either re-affirm some debts (in a Chapter 7) or pay some debts in full (in a Chapter 13).
