Re: Complaint for revocation of discharge
Dear Law Guru Friend,
All of the answers already provided for you are true and correct. I would just add that it seems strange that a Trustee could contract with himself. Secondly, since he has simply written you a letter, the situaiton does not appear immediately urgent. My thought about your case is that when you get some formal pleadings served on you, then you do indeed have a serious problem. Nevertheless, I suggest that now you pick up the phone and call theh Truste4e and ask him what the matter is all about, why he is threatening to have your discharge revoked. Perhaps there is something you can do now to avoid such action on his part, or something you can explain to him to prevent his taking such action. Of course, legal representation is preferable to your trying to act as your own attorney and your trying to settle a complicated legal matter yourself. I suggest also that you gather more information about this matter and post again and see what advice and counsel you can get that way. You do not give sufficient information about the "jugment" you mentioned for anyone to be able to advise you on that matter. As one lawyer has already said to you, more information is needed for one to give you any really good suggestions. Best of luck!

Re: Complaint for revocation of discharge
You definitely need legal representation. Although I do not know the facts of your particular case, usually a revocation has to do with an allegation of fraud. This could be quite serious, i.e. loss of your home, jail time, etc.
