Credit Card Company Bankruptcies
If a Credit Card Company goes Bnakrupt can they legally continue to charge card holders intrest? The particular company was Nextcard issued by NextBank.

Yes, your loan is an asset of the estate of the bankrupt which can be sold to another credit grantor.
