Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Louisiana
I'm disabled and lost a big part of my income when my deceased husbands soc sec stopped, now I'm only getting SSI which is 674.00 a month to pay my bills with. My payments to creditors total nearly 500.00 a month, some are a month past due. I'm nearly 11,000.00 in debt. Would I qualify for Chapter 7 Bankruptcy!

It appears the answer is yes but you need to bring everything to an attorney to review.
