Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Louisiana
Filing interrogatories
I am a debtor/plaintiff in adversary proceeding to discharge debt. Do I need to file interrogatories and request for documents that I send to the defendant's attorney with the bankruptcy court?
Thank you.

Re: Filing interrogatories
No you do not file your interrogatories with the court. However, you are to keep the originals or a copy for the Court if and when needed by the court or while using them in Court.
