Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Louisiana
Filling bankrupcy
I am about to fill bakrupcy and 2 of the debts are in my ex-husbands name of which i verbaly agreed to pay after the divorce, Do i have to include these in the bankrupcy ? if so will this mess up his credit??

All debts that you owe in any manner must be listed in the bankruptcy proceeding. You can likely provide in a chapter 13 plan that you will pay these debts. I do not know what that will do to his credit.
