Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Louisiana

i would like to filr chapter 7. i am single mother of two and for the past 3 months i been working overtime. i have about 4,000 in the bank this is all the money i have in this work. i was told that have send this money down to $300. this is money that i worked and once it'gone all i'll have pay check to pay check. what can i do?

Any available monies become part of the bankruptcy estate to pay creditors. You should follow the advice of the attorney you are paying to get you through the process.
