foreclose on a house
if your home goes into foreclosure can you still file for chapter13 to save your home ,or do you have to do it before it goes into foreclosure?

If you have been served foreclosure papers you should seek the advise of a bankruptcy attorney ASAP. You need to file before the sheriff's sale before if you want a chance to save your home.
