Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Louisiana

A letter entitled ''so ordered'' was sent by the local bankrupsy judge stating that my husband's income is to be deducted from his check by the employer and sent to the trustee's office. This cannot happen my husband will loose his job. We were not informed that the court was trying to get this done. We are shocked to have received this notice. What can we do about it????

Re: judgements
The Chapter 13 Trustee in Lafayette requires a wage order for plan payments. There are very limited exceptions to that rule.
He should talk to his bankruptcy attorney about all these issues.
