Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Louisiana
I live in Louisiana, I was in a car wreck. After the wreck I filed ch7. I was discharged from my bankrupsy last Feb. I am just now getting a letter from my lawyer saying they are ready to settle. I will get a lil bit out of it after medical bills etc. I was wondering do I have to turn my part of the money over to the trustee?

You should discuss that with your attorneys both in the car accident case and the bankruptcy. The one thing you should NOT do is to try to just hide the fact of the settlement from them. If you do and they find out, your entire bankruptcy will be put at risk of being nullified.
