Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Louisiana
Hi there, I live in Louisiana and am filing bankruptcy. I have 2 cars both paid off. One I own and the other is owned by me and my fiance'. My fiance' uses the second car. Hardly any equity in either car. One car is exempt just concerned about my fiance's car. Please advise on what can happen to the second car especially if my fiance paid for it and uses it for work.
