Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Louisiana
I recently filed Ch 7 bankrupnd received my discharge letter a couple of days ago. Yesterday I received a letter from the bankruptcy court stating that when I filed I had no estate, but subsequently they found that I do have an estate and they are allowing my creditors to file claim against my estate. I own nothing except for my vehicle and my 401k which was exempt. Do you know what this could be?

It appears that some assets may not have been properly listed on the Bankruptcy Schedules.
