Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Louisiana
I train horses an received a bankrupcy letter from a ownwe who lives in CA. I live in LA and need to know what i do now? i still have his two horses and must continue to care for them

You need to fill out and return the Proof of Claim form first. There is a deadline for that. As for payment, you can't do any collections or take any similar actions for past debts, but any debt which the owner incurs AFTER the date he filed for bankruptcy can be collected. Bankruptcy can take care of past debts, but you do not have to continue to grant services.
