Legal Question in Business Law in Louisiana
I was 100% shareholder of a corporation in Batono Rouge, Louisiana. Went out of business in 2003 and just getting IRS bills for 2002 and 2003 and later for Corp Income Taxes due. All of my files for the company were destroyed in hurricane Katrina. Am I liable for these taxes?
