I was Presidnet of a company with 4 partners. I was voted out 11 may 2009. The issues are these 1- we had a 500K credit issued to a client. we did our K-1 distrabution partners said if they had know we would have never done the split. They also say I was taking money from vendors for them to work for me. I took a loan for a friend/ vendor for 1250.00. what can happen with this. they are wanting to take legal action.

There are issues here that require you to sit down face-to-face with an Attorney and not seek a solution online. The greater your financial exposure, the more important it is that you find and meet with an Attorney face-to-face.
