Legal Question in Business Law in Louisiana
Can I use the name of an existing business in my web page name
I want to start a new web page and use the name of an existing company's name in my web page.
ie: BetterthanFord.com or BetterthanChevrolet.com
The company's name I want to use is my ex-employer and I want to reenter that field to compete with them.
The company I used to work for is very well known in its industry, so a web page such as ''Betterthan???.com'' will be easily recognized by a lot of potential customers.

I think you'd be inviting a lawsuit seeking damages from you.
