Legal Question in Business Law in Louisiana
Fraudulent inducement
formed an LLC guy with a guy to do business. we never could agree to an operating agreement. he opened bank acct, loaned LLC 75k to go into business. i was never signator to bank acct. we spent the $ based on mutual decisions. nothing worked out. he is demanding I pay him the 75k back or he will sue for fraudulent inducment, saying i persuaded him to invest the money. i didn't, and i never personally benefited from it.
do i need to worry or is he blowing smoke?

Re: Fraudulent inducement
you would be wise to have an attorney go through the facts in detail to make sure you are safe, and make sure you tell all the facts you can think of to make sure you cover what the other guy would say. That is the only way to be certain that you don't need to worry about this.
