Legal Question in Business Law in Louisiana
I own a gymnastics business and have a parent that owes about $1500 in fees that accumlated during the season. She was making small payments and has now quit. How do I go about getting the remaining money that she owes? I have paperwork that she signed stating where they knew the responsibilities of the program and was where she is responsible for paying all fees associated with the program.

File suit against them. The amount owed is small enough that you can file in small claims court without a lawyer. The cost to file should be less than $150 total and they will have to reimburse those court costs if you win.
