That really depends on what your corporate bylaws and articles of organization state about it. It also depends on the amount of ownership interest and "voting shares" each of you has. Now, nobody can force you to work with someone else. You can always leave or sue to dissolve the company, but it can be difficult to push someone out if they have an ownership interest.
If they can't be pushed out, your only options may likely be to buy them out or dissolve the company.
