Meal time
I am an ultrasound technologist working for a local clinic. We previously had 2 ultrasound techs, but she retired and they decided not to replace her, that i could handle the load. I continually am booked with patients throught my hour lunch. I am given no time to even take a break. What rights do i have and what can i do about getting my lunch hour. Everybody else that works there has lunch relief, but me. I am getting sick and tired of this everyday. Please help me!!!!!

You certainly should get overtime for time worked over 40 hours a week. I believe there are rules that address your problem but off the top of my head I cannot think of where to find them. You should call the EEOC (equal employment opportunity commission) office nearest you and they can help. You can try eeoc.com.
