Legal Question in Business Law in Louisiana
I want to open a business soon and would like to sell replica Coach, LV andd other name brand purses. Is it illegal for me to do so even if I notify the customer that they are not real?

If you are using the names, logos, etc., of these brands, you are still infringing on their trademarks, even if you inform the customer that they are "knockoffs". So called "knockoffs" are not legal, which is why most places that sell them come from outside the US (usually China and Russia where the governments do nothing to stop copyright and trademark infringement). You should find a different business to go into. The one you are choosing will almost certainly end up with you in court.
