Legal Question in Business Law in Louisiana
I placed an order at a fabric store (Hancock Fabrics) and was required to prepay in full for the material before they would place the order. The store under charged me for the fabric. They are now refusing to give me the material. They want to give me my money back, but I don't want the money I want the material. Do they legally have to give me the product I already paid for? Do I legally have to pay the difference that they made a mistake on?

You have to pay the difference if you want the fabric.
