Legal Question in Business Law in Louisiana
i purchased a truck less than 72 hours ago and the check engine light came on as soon as we got home with it,and it was running bad, we brought it back and they are fixing it. the camshaft was bad in the motor, we feel that we made a bad decision on buying this vehicle, can we back out of the deal ?

As a Franchise Attorney I can say this. The answer depends on (a) what the contract of sale provides; and (b) the surrounding facts and circumstances. For example, did the seller know this problem and failed to disclose it? Or was the vehicle simply sold "as is?" Consult with a good business or franchise attorney in your area for specific advice.
