Raffle's Legal???
Are raffle's legal if used for personnal gain rather than fundraiser or charity?

I do not believe they are, but I am not up on the law on raffles. Call the DA's office in your area, or the Attorney General's office in Baton Rouge and I am sure they will give you the right answer.
