Legal Question in Business Law in Louisiana
Recording of business conversations
May an employee record business conversations without her supervisor's knowlege? These were conversations of a privileged nature and I was uncertain if there was any precedent for this. Thanks.

Re: Recording of business conversations
My appreciation of the law is that unless at least one party knows the conversation is being recorded, it is illegal. It probably is against the employer's rules too and that could get someone fired.
