Legal Question in Business Law in Louisiana
i went to rent a center and signed a contract for furniture, however when they delivered they forgot to have me sign am i still liable to pay bill or have i just hit monopoly and received free furniture?

Any attorney will say you are liable on the signed contract. Signing that you received it at delivery is just a formality. Consult with an attorney in your area for specifics.
