I have started a company under an LLC. And one of the members on there is no longer wanting to be a part of the LLC. How do I go about taking her off?

There should have been provisions in your operating agreement that would dictate how someone would be removed. An LLC can have as few as one member. Only the registered agent and the managing member are placed in the Secretary of State records. You may need to only amend the members listing in your agreements, unless there are some procedures outlined in your operating agreement.
