Legal Question in Business Law in Louisiana
Starting a company with a contract from the United States Postal Service. Now they do not pay taxes and I am wondering how that will affect my revenue reporting or my tax liability.

As a Franchise Attorney I can say this. The USPS's unique tax position does not change your duty to report all income, including income from the USPS. You can verify this with your CPA or other tax practitioner. Consult with a good business or franchise attorney in your area for specific advice.
