Legal Question in Business Law in Louisiana
I work for a school and was told to monitor the students during lunch hour outside and in the smoking area. When outside in the heat I develop severe headaches. I am also not a smoker and can not stand being around cigarette smoke. I have told them that I would not mind monitoring if I could do it inside. I was told I need to get a doctors excuss. I am going to go to the doctor but, I am just asking is this something that they can make me do.
