Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Louisiana

hi i am 17 years old i turn 18 in 9 months. i realy wish to be emancipated from my parents. i have a job with weekly pay check i have a house that i would be living at once emancipated where i will pay rent every month but my parents will not sign for me to be emancipated. please help mefind a way to be emancipated without parents agrreement.

You can file with the court to be emancipated, and probably can get it within the 9 months you are seeking. However, why not just let yourself be kept by your parents for 9 months, since they have had you for 207 months of your life.....what is 9 more? It's a pregnancy, the exact time your mom carried you.......give her that back. Anyway, what is the hurry?
