Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Louisiana
Arrest Warrant
My brother was arrested for a warrant he never knew he even had. He was never notified that charges were going to be pressed against him. When he was arrested he was called to go look at a job when he arrived to the meeting place police arrested him and he had no idea why. Is this legal?
