If you have a automobile in a Body Shop the owner of the shop give your auto out without premission what is my legal rights,

He loaned your car to someone to drive without your permission?! That's incredible. Yes, first you can call the police and have him (and possibly the driver, if the driver knew he didn't have your permisssion) arrested and charged with unauthorized use of a movable. You can also sue them civilly, but your damages may be minimal...unless he damaged your car. You can sue in small claims court or Justice of the Peace court for up to $3,000 or as much as $5,000, depending on where you live.
