Im bought a truck from a woman without getting any paperwork. Now she's wanting more money before signing it over. Is there anything I can do about this?

You should always get everything in writing. The title should have been signed over at the time payment was made. If you have witnesses to the agreement and tender of money, you may prevail in court.
