Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Louisiana
i got charged with felony theft comes out to$1800, what are the charges i should face? I have never been in trouble with the law before or any trouble at all.

Felony Theft in Louisiana is taking anything of value over $300.00. Making restitution as soon as possible is always a good idea. If this is your first time to commit a crime, probation is always a possibility.
